Service charge for reservations under 7 days is $20.00, and $30.00 if you book
less then 4 days.

Airport pick-up by the landlord is avaialble. The fee from Havana Jose Marti airport HAV is 30 CUC. From Varadero VRA 120 CUC.
Just in case it is your first trip to Cuba: the bed linen and towels are included in the price and will be exchanged upon demand.
One more plus: the mosquitoes don't make it to the 15th floor, relax.
