When is the best time to come to Holguin? (23)

In the first April days, but not around Easter. Due to the anniversary of the Union of the Young Communists (UJC) there will be many performances such as open-air concerts with free entry in the city parks. This video of the David Blanco has been taken on one of such shows open to the public:
